The EQUICARES consortium held its 4th Partners Meeting on June 4th, 2026, in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, hosted by partner organisation AMALIPE. The meeting brought together representatives from all consortium partners to review progress and align on the next steps of the project.

Partners worked through updates across the project’s work packages, with a particular focus on two key developments: the Smart Health Labs, a central pillar of EQUICARES’s approach to delivering inclusive and innovative health services, and the project’s AI-powered chatbot, designed to provide accessible information and guidance to users within the EQUICARES ecosystem. Partners coordinated upcoming implementation activities and ensured that ongoing workstreams remain on track for the project’s next phase. The meeting also included discussions around the project’s ethics assessment and ethical compliance procedures, reaffirming the consortium’s commitment to ensuring that EQUICARES solutions and activities are developed in a responsible, inclusive, and participant-centred manner.
